When will my coffee be roasted?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches every day. Your order is typically roasted within 24-48 hours of placement and shipped immediately.
How should I store my coffee beans?
We recommend storing your beans in a cool, dark place inside an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the delicate flavor profiles.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to provide global shipping in the near future.
Can I set up a recurring subscription?
Yes! You can choose your favorite roast and select a delivery frequency (every 1, 2, or 4 weeks) to save 15% on every order and never run out of caffeine.
What is your return policy for food items?
Because coffee is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We work directly with farmers and reputable importers to ensure all our beans are Fair Trade certified and grown using sustainable farming practices.
