At Fresh Roasted Coffee, we want you to love every cup, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our specialty roasts and brewing equipment. If your order isn't perfect, we are committed to making it right through a replacement or a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Reach out to our customer experience team within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and the reason for your return.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- 3.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all coffee bags are sealed or taped shut to prevent spills during transit.
- 4.Get Refunded
Once we receive and inspect your returned items at our roasting facility, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
